I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the price was incredibly reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident, with fresh towels provided and the bedrooms cleaned daily. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Lastly, the breakfast may have been simple, but the view from the upstairs dining area was absolutely breathtaking, offering an awesome panoramic view of the city.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated on a pedestrian street just off a main street, making it convenient yet peaceful. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed with very comfortable beds and a TV that has several English channels. Plus, the hotel offers fantastic views across the city, with rooms on the top floor providing a big bed and a nice view over Cusco. Additionally, the breakfast is simple but enjoyable, especially when served upstairs where there is an awesome panoramic view of the surroundings.

Located in a convenient area close to the center beside everything, it is right across from a grocery store. the rooms are equipped with basic facilities, and some even come with a lovely view of the city. Staff is helpful and accommodating of your needs including laundry service. Breakfast is served every morning, complete with bread, jam, juice, and eggs made to order.
The entrance down a long dark alley way off of Meloc may be unsettling for some guests.

The room was clean, and the shower had hot water available. The location was great, close to a big supermarket and cheap authentic restaurants. I enjoyed being able to walk to the main tourist attractions easily.
The staff was not very helpful or attentive. I had trouble getting a taxi early in the morning, and the front desk was locked.

Our romantic escape was great. the hotel was conveniently located near a good supermarket and restaurants. There was a nice breakfast and the staff were friendly.
The shower was not warm enough and the lack of hot water was a general problem in the area. some of the rooms were very cold and the front door could only be opened by the staff.
